Opened since April, Icehaus @ Alley On 25 is a DIY superfood salad lounge located in the Andaz Hotel.
The salad lounge offers a buffet-style spread with a wide selection of vegetables and lean proteins like kale, spinach and egg for you to make your own salad bowls. Enhance your dining experience by savouring some of the cheese and bread that they’ve got on display.
You can also request for gluten-free bread when making your reservations if you’re gluten intolerant. The restaurant gets their bread from Tiong Bahru while their vegetables are sustainably sourced from farmer in Malaysia.
While you’re there, be sure to indulge in some of their delicious dips. Our personal favourite is the baba ganoush. We kept going back for more and were practically slathering the dip all over our bread.
