The buffet here has a good mix of Mediterranean and local cuisines and the bright and spacious restaurant might even make you feel like you’re dining in the Mediterranean (we always have plenty of sunshine after all). There are lunch buffets every weekday and and dinner buffets everyday but you can opt to order from the a la carte menu too.

If hawker centres and food courts aren’t your thing, this is where you should go for the best of local food. Served in a contemporary marketplace setting, this restaurant at the Grand Hyatt is a celebration of local cuisine, with its uniquely Singaporean mix of taste, sights and sounds. Dine on everlasting favourites such as Hainanese chicken rice, beef rendang, laksa and tandoori chicken. And don’t forget to check out the amazing dessert line-up, which includes popular local favourite, homemade durian ice-cream.

With a good mix of Asian and Western cuisines offered in this buffet, this is a must-try for serious seafood lovers. If you’re a big fan of Indonesian food and never know what to order when you go to a restaurant, you’ll get the best of everything here – and you can eat as much as you want too. It’s been around since 1985 so you know you’re getting quality food loved by many. Enjoy the mix of traditional Balinese cuisine as well as several fusion Indonesian dishes too.

If casual dining in a cosy setting is what you’re looking for, this is the place to go. The lunch and dinner buffets serve an impressive spread of international cuisine with Western, Asian, Indian and Mediterranean influences.
