#2 Wash it right
We might be stating the obvious here, but always shower right after your workout. Sweat and sebum form the perfect environment for acne-causing bacteria to fester, which in turn causes pimples. Even if you feel that you didn’t sweat much during your yoga sesh, make it a point to hop into the shower room for a quick rinse.
When dealing with butt and back acne, choose body wash that doesn’t irritate skin, and ideally does not contain fragrance. Body wash like the T3 Acne Body Wash and Sebamed Body Wash are gentle and good for acne-prone skin.
