Take Time Out
“Disconnect from your current life for three days and take an honest look at your life,” advises Wei Ping. Avoid distractions as you figure out what’s working and what’s not in your life.

Tune In To The Obstacles
Evaluate the factors that are stopping you from fulfilling your dreams, and find ways of overcoming them. “Remember, anything in life is possible given enough time and the will to achieve it,” says Wei Ping.

Find A Cheerleader
Whether it’s your support network or a professional life coach, you will need people to encourage you and help you jumpstart the process of fulfilling your dreams and desires.

Take Small Steps
Instead of seeing change as a drastic move, make five small alterations to your life and maintain them for three weeks. If you’re disciplined enough, you will stack up 85 changes within a year.
