Start the fun at ION Orchard B4 atrium where you can meet the super cute droid BB-8 in an interactive VR experience. You can also shop for the newest highly-anticipated toys and merchandise from the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi film.
There are many pop-up booths alongside Orchard Road (outside ION Orchard and Wisma Atria) where there are interactive games and fun. At this particular Digital Interactive Experience, you will be able to “see” and “feel” your Force energies.
Watct out for the specially flown-in 3.5 metre tall AT-ACT Walker model and troopers guarding it at one of the pop-up booths!
The iconic ship of Captain Han Solo and Chewbacca is displayed here in all its one-sixth scale model glory – don’t miss it!
Even the Concierge team is dressed up in Jedi garb to get into the festival mood.
In addition to the BB-8 Sphero droid, this Force Friday II will see the release of two new droids, the very adorable and popular R2-D2 and a new The Last Jedi droid BB-9. They beep, boop and move just like their movie counterparts – check them out at one of the pop-ups outside ION Orchard.
Look out for these large floor decals featuring famous Star Wars ships along Orchard Road (there’s one just outside Wheelock Place) for some fun photo-taking.
Just outside Isetan Scotts is a life-sized AT-ST vehicle – be sure to check it out to take photos and admire its impressive scale.
What’s Star Wars without all the characters like Troopers, Jedis, Siths and aliens? Find them all over Orchard Road as they roam around.
Does your kid have what it takes to become a Jedi? Sign them up (limited slots each day requiring pre-registration) at the first-ever Padawan Training in Southeast Asia (located outside ION Orchard) to learn the ways of the Force from a Jedi Master.
