1. Correct Your Posture
The main reason why we even get pins and needles is due to the uneven circulation of our blood flow. The best way to prevent it from happening is to maintain good posture. Having proper posture will definitely help to ensure that blood is distributed evenly throughout our body.
2. Wiggle Your Toes
Sitting at your desk for too long? Stretch your legs out occasionally and wiggle your toes. Wiggling your toes gets your blood flow going and can help to improve the blood circulation of your body.
3. Rock Your Head From Side To Side
Having pins and needles in your arms? Try rocking your head from side to side. Pins and needles in the arms is usually caused by the compression of nerves around your neck area. Rocking your head side to side helps to loosen up your neck.
4. Clench And Unclench Your Fists
If your hands are feeling tingly, clench and unclench your fists. This movement can ease the nerves and get the blood flowing to ease the pins and needles quickly.
5. Walk Around
It may seem like the last thing you want to do when you’re having pins and needles in your legs or feet, but the best way is to get moving. Moving your legs around can help the blood circulate better, and your pins and needles will disappear.
