Before any red carpet appearance, Jennifer Lawrence drinks chamomile or dandelion tea to steady her nerves. Lawrence’s trainer Dalton Wong says, “Chamomile tea helps to calm the body and get rid of stress that could build up before an event, leading to bloating.”
The legendary model always starts her day with a glass of hot water and the juice of a whole lemon, also adding some manuka honey and cayenne pepper. “It’s something I picked up on my Instagram,” she confessed.
