A yummy juice drink packed with antioxidants which is simple and fast to make. Recipe by Allspice Institute for The Weekly‘s Domestic Diva Cooking Masterclass 2017. 

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ pc beetroot
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked

Extract the juice from beetroot, carrot and celery using the Philips Juicer, then add honey and soaked chia seeds.

Serve chilled.

Keep the vegetable pulp* aside to make the Thai Veggie Croquettes.
*Pulp from beetroot, celery and carrot.
