A yummy juice drink packed with antioxidants which is simple and fast to make. Recipe by Allspice Institute for The Weekly's Domestic Diva Cooking Masterclass 2017.
2 sticks carrot
1 stalk celery
½ pc beetroot
2 tbsps honey
1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
1Extract the juice from beetroot, carrot and celery using the Philips Juicer, then add honey and soaked chia seeds.
Keep the vegetable pulp* aside to make the Thai Veggie Croquettes. *Pulp from beetroot, celery and carrot.
