1Boil a big pot of water with salt.
2Mix the ingredients for each filling together and stir evenly.
3Place the dumpling skins on a flat surface.
4Place a teaspoon of filling onto the centre of each dumpling skin.
5Moisturise the edge of the dumpling skins with water (or egg white).
6With the filling in the centre, fold both edges of the dumpling skins together into a pyramid shape.
7Cook the dumplings in batches. Stir the pot occasionally to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
8Serve the dumplings on a large plate with the dip sauce.
