Tuna Salad Roll-ups

Ingredients

1 piece wholemeal lavash bread or wrap (available at bread sections in supermarkets)

1 heaped tbsp spreadable cream cheese

25 g baby rocket leaves

¼ small carrot, peeled

¼ small cucumber

95 g can tuna, drained, flaked

4 grape tomatoes, quartered

Directions

1Place wrap on a board. Spread with cream cheese. Arrange rocket leaves over half the bread.

2Use your vegetable peeler to cut long strips of carrot. Do the same with the cucumber.

3Arrange carrot and cucumber strips across rocket. Top with tuna and tomatoes.

4Roll bread up to enclose the filling, sushi style. Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
