Women on Top – How to be your best in the workplace and at home
The Weekly is bringing together some of Singapore’s most successful women to provide insider knowledge on how they’ve built a solid personal brand that in turn gives rise to an impressive career. We want to reinforce the message that women make powerful leaders and by keeping the fairer sex inspired and focused and by truly appreciating the skills that we bring to the table, organisations can expect a stronger workforce and as a result, a more productive and happier workplace.
How to Find Your Happy – Happiness at home = Happiness in the workplace
Can all women “have it all”? The Weekly takes a fresh look at this ubiquitous question, exploring whether the work-life balance is really just a women’s issue. Drawing on personal experiences, Singapore’s most daring visionaries share their stories on reassessing the female narratives that they grew up with and how to find your happy while balancing daily commitments of being a wife, daughter, CEO, mother, sister, and friend. Each one of these roles is exceptionally important and while many women afraid of short-changing or missing out on any part of those experiences, we’ll show you how to mitigate those fears by being thoughtful with your time.
