- Baking Soda
Baking soda is just one of those common household items that can do just about anything. From absorbing moisture out of your shoes to give them a fresher smell to helping you kill odour causing bacteria, you’re going to want to keep some baking powder in your cabinets all the time.
To help reduce body odour, mix one tablespoon of baking soda and lemon juice together. Apply it to your underarms (or other parts of the body) and leave for about five minutes. Gently wash off and repeat the process all till you notice a difference.

Another incredible multipurpose ingredient, lemon (or in this case, lemon juice) helps to lower the skin’s pH level so that odour causing bacteria can’t survive.
Simply rub half a lemon on your underarms and allow it to dry naturally. Afterwards, take a shower and continue to this till odour is gone. You’ll notice that your underarms will also be lighter in colour because lemon juice serves as a mild bleaching agent.
Much like lemon juice, apple cider vinegar adjusts the pH level on your skin so that bacteria can’t thrive.
Simply rub some apple cider vinegar with a cotton wool on your underarms and allow it to be absorbed by the body. Once done, hop in the shower and wash off.
This humble herb contains menthol and chlorophyll, which has deodorant-like properties to reduce body odour.
Add a bunch of rosemary leaves to your bath tub and soak in it for about 15 minutes. Continue to do this till you notice lesser body odour.

Sage is said to be able to lower sweat gland activity so you don’t perspire as much. To reduce and prevent body odour, boil a bunch of sage and allow it to steep for about 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse your underarms with the solution and allow it to dry naturally.
Continue to do this till you notice a difference.
