Sleep is of paramount importance to a healthy mind and body. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be spending a third of our lifetime sleeping, right? But with so many things stressing us out daily, it can be difficult to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest.
Perhaps, one way to promote deeper, more restful sleep is to use a pillow mist. These aromatherapy products use essential oils, such as lavender, that are believed to aid relaxation and promote sleep.
While spritzing them across your bedlinen and room to get them nice and perfumed, it’s also good to set an intention to let go of any worries and anxiety and get the rest you deserve — and perhaps do a few minutes of meditation while breathing in the relaxing scent.
