It’s a week of joyful events, with several celebs like Tay Kewei and Amanda Chaang enjoying short getaways with their families. For Allan Wu and his daughter Sage, it’s an exciting time with the 20-year-old starting school at Stanford University. Meanwhile, Jamie Yeo had welcomed a new member to the family.

The actress and founder of Dimple Loft recently held a three-day camp for young kids during the September school holidays. The programme aims to spark kids’ imagination and foster their love for storytelling through filmic arts. 2. Kelly Latimer
When Kelly Latimer’s kids started playing in the rain, she held back her tongue to stop them, and instead, joined in for a splashing good time, too. Plus, a little light rain and some playing in the wet offers a great sensory experience, and can be good for children’s physical and mental development.
Although, of course, mama got them to dry off and had them in long pants and sweaters to keep warm for the rest of the day.

Yvonne Lim and her husband Alex Tien celebrated their 9th anniversary four days ago, with the actress sharing that the businessman had surprised her at home with flowers. She also shared throwback photos of their relationship, from their wedding day to the births and milestones of their kids.
4. Amanda Chang and Jon Chua
The newly minted mum and dad hopped on a little getaway and took their newborn, now only known as Z, on a staycay at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. They also had a little gathering with a handful of close friends, which included Benjamin Kheng, Nathan Hartono, Sandra Riley Tang and Carla D (who brought her own little one for a play date!).
5. Allan Wu
It’s an exciting time for Allan Wu’s daughter Sage, who is starting school at Stanford University, with the proud father, 50, flying with her to help her get settled in. We can only imagine the mixed emotions he’s feeling now that his daughter would be far away from home. In an interview with 8 Days earlier this year, he shared that the fees are at a jaw-dropping S$120K-130K a year, but that he had saved up for a long time in the hopes of helping his kids achieve their dreams.
6. Jamie Yeo
Jamie Yeo has another addition to the family — a new dog named Sasha. With the adorable pooch needing a new home, and them wanting another dog (their previous dog, Randy, had sadly passed away in April earlier this year), it’s a perfect match indeed.
7. Tay Kewei and Alfred Sim
Just shortly after their one-on-one trip with their youngest child, celeb couple Tay Kewei and Alfred Sim have embarked on yet another short holiday, this time with the whole fam. This time, they’re gone on board the Genting Dream cruise ship by Resorts World Cruise. The family of five looked to have fun on the ship, which has plenty of kid-friendly activities such as mini golf, shuffleboard, pool tables, and cosmic bowling.
