Secret Love In Peach Blossom Land
Catch modern classic Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land at the Esplanade Theatre. The play revolves around two theatre groups that are mistakenly booked into the same space for rehearsals. As both groups struggle for control of the stage, resulting in chaos and numerous comic squabbles, their contrasting worlds begin to come together, creating surprising new layers of meaning.
The production is directed by award-winning theatre director and filmmaker Ismene Ting and features a stellar cast that includes Golden Bell Award winners and popular Taiwanese television and stage personalities. Don’t worry if you’re not proficient in Chinese, as English subtitles are provided.
