2. Percik Turkey
What: Hotel Jen offers two styles of turkey – Western and Asian. The Asian “percik-style” roasted turkey ($198) comes with Sri Lankan crab claws in chilli crab sauce, Asian festive stuffing (with minced pork, onion, ginger, garlic and dried apricot), roasted root vegetables and brussel sprouts, and golden crabmeat fried rice. The traditional Western-style turkey ($198) includes mixed meat with apple and chestnut stuffing, braised red cabbage, maple-glazed chestnuts and roasted root vegetables. The portions are good for up to 12 people.

3. Porchetta Sandwich
What: Park Bench Deli, known for its gourmet sandwiches, has rolled out two new options for the season. The porchetta sandwich ($18) is not to be missed. The pork belly is rubbed with a fennel-based marinade and slow-roasted. The sandwich is filled with the meat and crackling, along with caramelised onions, arugula and house-made roasted garlic sriracha mayonnaise. The other option is Hot Butter Ball ($18), a take on the classic Thanksgiving staple with slow-cooked turkey, house-made brown butter and truffle gravy, and cranberry fruit preserve.

4. Roast Beef Sirloin
What: For halal-certified food takeaways, head to Le Steak. 6. Salt-Encrusted Turkey

What: Pop-up churro brand Loco Loco offers two boxes that are perfect for a fun Christmas party. Box A is priced at $24.90 (add $5 for home delivery) and is enough for four to six people. Box B, for 10 people, costs $59.90. The churro flavours are original, red velvet, pandan and Oreo. Each box comes with chocolate, caramel, gula melaka, white chocolate and cranberry dipping sauces. 15. Hazelnut Choc With Spice Apple Cake
What: This cake features layers of Valrhona Azelia milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse, with spiced Granny Smith apples that have been stewed with cinnamon and cloves, set on a charcoal biscuit crunch base.
