After keeping her newborn concealed from the public eye for months, Rihanna appears to have offered the Internet an official look at her baby boy. The pop diva, and beauty and fashion mogul, welcomed her first child together with her partner rapper A$AP Rocky (born Rakim Athelaston Mayers) in May this year, but the pair have refrained from posting any photos or videos of him. Until now, that is.
In her first video on TikTok, the 34-year-old shared a sweet 45-second clip of her now seven-month-old son giggling and trying to reach for her phone. “You’re trying to get mommy’s phone?” Rihanna can be heard saying. His name has yet to be revealed by the celebrity couple, who confirmed their relationship in May 2021.
In an interview with People magazine last month, she let on, “He is funny, he’s happy — and he’s fat!” she laughed. “He’s amazing. It’s a real cuddly stage right now.”
Professionally, Rihanna recently released a new single in October titled Lift Me Up, which was on the soundtrack for the Marvel sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022). She is also slated to headline the Super Bowl half-time show in February next year.
