A legendary K-drama land romance is coming true in real life!
It has now been announced that Korea’s dream couple Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo will be getting married in October.
The representatives from both of their respective companies confirmed the news and stated, “Because marriage is not so simple but rather involves both of the family, we were very careful with everything – it is a very sensitive and significant moment in everyone’s life and that is why we’re giving out this statement now. We hope everyone understands. We would like to ask for many blessings for the beautiful future of the two individuals, and the two actors will also share the news with their fans.”
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo met through their much popular drama Descendants of the Sun and in recent news, were spotted together in Bali.

This actor couple decided to marry in May after dating publicly for a year. Joo Sang Wook said on marrying Cha Ye Ryun, “I want to spend the rest of my life with a person who always keeps me in her thoughts and takes care of me. I will do my best to create happiness as an actor and a husband. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, and we hope to continue to receive your support and encouragement.”
The comedian couple, who dated for 10 years, finally tied the knot in April. “I wanted to marry when I would be doing better financially. So we postponed (the wedding) for a year and another year, and then came 2017. We put an end to dating to live together forever,” Kang Jae Joon shared.
This photogenic couple walked down the aisle in June at a wedding hall in Gangnam, Seoul. Afterwards, the couple threw a private wedding with friends and families only, which means no press conference or photo wall for the (celebrity) attendees.
