1. First, cut off both ends of the kiwifruit, leaving a cylinder shape.
2. Using a spoon, slide it between the flesh and the skin.
3. Turn the kiwi as you press the spoon against the peel – the whole fruit will slide out in one go.
4. For a whimsical way of serving the fruit, use empty egg shells which are half intact. Make sure to rinse the insides properly before placing the whole kiwifruit inside. Serve it on a pretty egg holder.
