1 week. Which gives you a good excuse to eat more Bak Kwa.

3 weeks to a month, if kept in an airtight container at room temperature after they’re opened.
3 weeks to a month, if kept in an airtight container at room temperature after they’re opened. They’ll go a bit softer, but that’s all.
