1. Thin Skin

For some, the areas just below the eyes and on the cheekbones can be pretty thin. This means that products used can sometimes sting your skin.

On top of putting extra layers of moisturiser and sunblock on these areas, be sure to load up on collagen rich foods such as strawberries, beetroots and red peppers. These crimson foods contain lycopene, an antioxidant that incrases collagen production under your skin.

Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids can help retain moisture below the skin and keep it stronger too so you can say goodbye to dry skin!

Foods high in omega-3 include salmon, tuna, avocados and flax seeds so be sure to eat some at least twice a week.

Once again, omega-3 fatty acids in foods like salmon, tuna and flax seeds have proven to be beneficial for sensitive skin too.

Be sure to avoid spicy foods and alcohol so skin doesn’t flare up or dry out.
