1. Strawberries

Strawberries contains ellagic acid that can actually increase collagen production in skin and prevent wrinkles from forming. It’s also got heaps of antioxidants that can help protect your skin from UV damage.

The high vitamins and mineral content of this fruit also helps your diet.

Pineapples contain bromelain, an enzyme that can help reduce inflammation on different parts of the body. Pineapples also contains loads of water, nutrients and minerals that help to hydrate skin from the inside.
