It may include meals, food shopping lists, times to exercise, and dedicated downtime or family time.
Then put it all into your calendar with a reminder to make yourself accountable.

Whether this is your wardrobe or your office desk, clean them up and throw out what you don’t need.
It’s also a chance to give back by donating any unwanted items to charity too.
