Year-end festive parties and gatherings are common overeating traps. “Indulge!” they say. “Eat more!” they say. Yet when the night is over, you’re the one going home with a food baby and indigestion. Your friends and relatives mean well, but it’s important to recognise when you’re full, and to know what types of food to avoid especially if you have a weak or sensitive stomach.
