Singaporean children are not getting enough calcium to support their healthy growth. According to MindChamps, research from Australia has revealed that each child needs at least 231 kg of dairy foods per year.
But in many Asian countries, including Singapore, the average annual consumption is only 32 kg per year because parents lack understanding of the essential role that dairy plays in a child’s diet, including boosting their calcium intake.
