Fortunately, there are plenty of refreshing sips that you can drink without guilt — and they may actually help you lose weight. We already know that milk is good for your bones due to its high calcium content but did you know that adding more of this white liquid to your diet can help you lose weight faster? Calcium actually suppresses calcitriol, which is a hormone that makes you fatter. So with calcitriol out of the equation, your body can break down fat much faster.

While drinking copious amounts of coffee is a major NO-NO, coffee in moderation suppresses your appetite and increases your metabolism due to the caffeine in contains. Stick to 1-to-2 cups a day to feel the difference and don’t add any sugar or creamer in your daily cuppa.
