Make these delicious sauces and transform the taste of your meals. Each batch lasts about a week when stored in the refrigerator. The best thing about these recipes is that you may modify the portion sizes of the individual ingredients according to your palate. Minty Yogurt

Mix ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 clove minced garlic, ¼ cup chopped mint leaves, a pinch of cumin powder, a dash of salt and pepper

Creamy Peanut Dressing
image

Mix 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves, a dash of salt

Pulpy Orange Dressing
image

Blend 1 medium orange, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper

Lemon Drizzle
image

Mix juice of ½ lemon, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper

Homemade Hummus
image

Blend 1 cup cooked chickpeas, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, a dash of salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice

Beetroot Yogurt
image

Blend ½ medium beetroot, ½ cup Greek yogurt, a dash of salt

Chilli Lemon Dressing
image

Blend juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 deseeded red chilli, ¼ cup mint leaves

Homemade Honey Mustard
image

Mix ¼ cup Dijon mustard, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice

Cheesy Salad Dressing
image

Blend ½ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup milk, ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, a dash of salt and garlic powder

Avocado Cilantro Dressing
image

Blend 1 avocado, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ cup lime juice, ¼ cup cilantro, a dash of salt

Tangy Marmalade Dressing
image

Blend ½ cup marmalade of your choice, 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, a dash of salt, a squeeze of lemon juice

Wasabi Sesame Dressing
image

Mix 1 tablespoon wasabi, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
