Under the guidance of a professional consultant, the session begins with a detailed body analysis, which measures your fat percentage, body water mass, muscle mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), visceral fat index and basic metabolism. After an evaluation of your individual concerns, the consultant will prescribe a suitable treatment programme.

BRT uses ultrasonic and radio-frequency to increase blood flow to deep tissue which is said to help stimulate collagen and speed up the metabolic activity of fat cells, which enables the skin fibres to shrink and restore skin elasticity.

The treatment can be used to firm up loose skin and improve the body contour for targeted areas such as the tummy, arms, inner thighs and even love handles. Each targeted area will require a 20 minute session, no muss no fuss.

Spa Awards reviewer Chloe Yoong found this treatment effective and could see results after just one treatment (though it should be noted that results can vary depending on the individual’s body type and number of sessions booked).
