52-year-old Taiwanese screen beauty Joey Wong is as youthful as they come. The former actress, who shot to fame as Nie Xiaoqian, an ageless ghost in the 1987 comedy-horror flick A Chinese Ghost Story, had posted photos of herself dressed in pair of brown dungarees during Dragon Boat Festival and netizens went crazy over how young she looked. Fans flooded her Instagram comments praising her for her age-defying beauty with some saying that she was their ‘forever goddess’.
It’s hard to believe that JLo is 50 years old! Between accepting a marriage proposal, going on her ‘It’s My Party’ tour and headlining the movie Hustlers alongside Constance Wu and Cardi B in September, the sultry songstress is soaring higher than ever in 2019. Famed for her toned body, JLo says she’s disciplined when it comes to her health and she doesn’t smoke, drink and tries to stay out of the sun.

Fifty and feisty… Cate is an Australian-born beauty who is also an awards show darling. She has won two Academy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards, three Golden Globes and three British Academy Awards. The Aussie government has even given her a medal for her contribution to the Arts! She might be known as one of the most famous ageless faces, but according to Cate, she doesn’t “think about ageing at all until someone else brings it up”.
Former Miss Korea turned actress, Kim Sung Ryung, is totally #AgeingGoals. The 52-year-old has been in the K-drama business for three decades but somehow manages to turn back the clock every time she’s on-screen. How? She says her secret to maintaining her ageless look is that she always sleeps early and wakes up early, setting her breakfast time at around 7:30am. If she sleeps early, she’s less likely to eat late at night and won’t pile on the kilos.

So for years, I have been following the keto diet. I hate the word ‘diet’ so while you’ll see the word diet, just know I encourage you to think of it as a lifestyle change, NOT A DIET! Keto is a very low-carb food plan, which forces your body to burn fat like crazy. I also believe it’s been largely responsible for slowing down my ageing process.”
