In her 2009 autobiography Miles To Go, Miley Cyrus disclosed that she has tachycardia, a condition in which the heart rate exceeds the range of a normal resting heart rate.
“The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me,” the singer wrote in her autobiography. “There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart.”
In 2016, EXID‘s Solji took an indefinite hiatus after being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, which if not treated can lead to heart problems.
Last year, she said, “My health has gotten a lot better. They say there’s still a possibility of relapse, but that I’ve recovered. So I’m very healthy!”
The Beverly Hills 90210 actress found out she suffered from a leaky valve in 2002.
“A lot of people have it but they don’t know they have it… [It] leaks blood. It sort of flutters open and shut. It’s weird because sometimes when I’m resting I can feel a little weird fluttering,” she said.
Prior to her diagnosis she was already familiar with heart disease because it runs in her family.

After finding out about her heart disease, Toni stopped eating unhealthy foods at night.
“I had to make lifestyle and diet changes,” she said. “I eat relatively well, but sometimes having those pizzas and burgers late at night — I had to change that.”
The famed British singer was fitted with a pacemaker in 1999 after he collapsed on a plane on the way to sing at Victoria and David Beckham’s wedding.
He was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat but the pacemaker helped Sir Elton to return to the stage within two months.
