We all know about the important role of collagen in our skin. After all, it’s what keeps our skin plump and looking youthful. While you can double up on collagen-boosting skincare products, there are certain lifestyle changes that can make just as much of a difference too. Dr Low Chai Ling of SW1 Clinic shares we can, “Avoid collagen damaging lifestyle habits such as UV exposure, smoking and alcohol. Have a healthy diet with lots of fish and coloured vegetables rich in antioxidants. Taking a supplement may help if you think your nutritional needs are not being met adequately.”

While crash diets and exercise can make you feel and look thinner, they can, however, take a toll on your face — leading to sagging skin and fine lines. By eating a diet rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and vitamins will help your skin look younger — and lose weight in the process. The plan includes all the anti-ageing wonder foods you need to look younger in just a few weeks, including collagen-boosting lean meats, oily fish, eggs and veggies to plump up your skin!
