Cereal Bowl

Try: Kellogg’s Special K Cereal — Original, available at major supermarkets.

No time to think of anything in the morning? Cereal and milk are your go-to. Cereal does not have to be unhealthy if you pick wholegrain options with no added sugar. This is the absolute no-brainer breakfast choice for champions.

Trail Mix

Try: Garden Picks’ Trail Mix, available at www.gardenpicks.com.sg

A handful of nuts, dried fruits and granola. Pack everything into a container and nibble on the go. Trail mix will fill you up real quick.

Yoghurt Bowl

Try: Raglan Coconut Yoghurt’s Natural Greek Style, available at Fairprice Finest outlets.

Need to squeeze in a quick breakfast before rushing out of the door? Grab a mini tub of yoghurt and top it with a fruit of your choice. Strawberries pair extremely well with greek yoghurt.

Raisins and nuts are amazing additions too! Psst, we love topping our yoghurt with a generous serving of chunky peanut butter.

Overnight Oats

Try: Quaker 100% Wholegrain Whole Rolled Oats, available at major supermarkets

Overnight oats will save us all. It takes virtually no preparation time as you can simply grab it and go.

Just remember to place all the ingredients in your lunch box the night before so it can work its magic while you sleep. All you need are oats, drizzled with a milk of your choice and your selected toppings.

Experimenting with different fruits and nuts allows you to try various flavours of tasty, fruity oatmeal at work.

Wholegrain Bun

Try: Sunshine Bakeries’ Extra Fine Wholemeal Burger Buns, available at major supermarkets.

This option is for the late risers. If you have positively no time to grab anything from home, you can get breakfast from a bakery.

Proceed with caution, as you might get tempted by the buttery croissants and Danish pastries. But with a wholegrain bun in one hand and coffee in another, it’s actually a pretty awesome way to start the day.

Peanut Butter Wrap

Try: Baker & Cook’s Soy & Linseed Sourdough sliced bread, available at selected Cold Storage and The Marketplace outlets, with Skippy Peanut Butter.

Fancy a breakfast wrap? Hurry, your time starts now. Smother your desired amount of peanut butter on a soft slice of bread.

Now add a banana, or a fruit of your choice in the middle of the bread and roll it right up. And just like that, you’re done. A perfectly filling breakfast to munch on the go. Switch it up every day with different kinds of nut spreads and fruits.
