Tired all the time? A lot of Singaporeans feel the same way too, and are in desperately need of more energy. A SingHealth poll in 2016 found that 44 per cent of Singaporeans sleep less than seven hours on weekday nights. This is higher than in countries such as the United States, where studies found that between 35 and 37 per cent slept less than seven hours daily.
