These tend to be richer in vitamins and minerals and help to detoxify the body. Kale and spinach are good examples.

Start your day with a high-protein, low-carb breakfast

Ensure that your main meals comprise of protein, vegetables and healthy fat. Processed foods are high in sugar, refined carbs and artificial ingredients. Plus, they make you crave for more so you’re likelier to overeat.
