Boxing, just like spinning, has officially made it as a trending workout activity and Singaporeans are spoiled for choice when it comes to the boxing classes they get to sign up for.
A great overall workout, each class allows you to burn at least 200 calories (from what we’ve tried!) and it’s definitely an effective way for you to get fitter and lose weight at the same time.
