The Chic, Slimming Haircut Trend Celebs Are Loving In 2019

The asymmetric bob is a hit this year with stars like Jennifer Lopez, Naomi Watts and more

The Chic, Slimming Haircut Trend Celebs Are Loving In 2019

Thinking of going short this year? The asymmetrical bob (or angled bob) is back on trend in 2019, and it’s easy to see why. This haircut features lengths that are slightly longer on one side than the other, and provides a slimming effect for your face, giving you a more V-shaped visage. It can also be tweaked to flatter your face shape or hair type – opt for sharper lines to give a rounder face more angles, or a more textured cut to add volume to your tresses. Psst, you can also achieve the look by doing a deep side part!

From Charlize Theron to Kathy Chow, get inspired to go for the chop with these asymmetrical bob haircut inspirations:

It seems that Jennifer got some fresh icy highlights too!
