The members from Nine Muses say the diet keeps their calorie intake in check, without compromising on the nutrition they should be consuming.
Korean singer Seo In-young swears by the Banana diet and said that she lost six kilograms in four weeks because of it. This is how it works: Have only bananas for breakfast and eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner. It sounds extreme so please practice caution if you plan to do this!
The members of Girls’ Generation plan their daily meals with army-like precision so that they only consume 1,500 calories per day. Their meals consist of plenty of vegetables (broccoli is a team favourite!), brown rice and lean chicken breast meat. It doesn’t sound joyful but the girls do look slim and trim.
