Instead of trying to fix damaged hair, Korean women try to prevent it from being damaged so that they don’t need to worry about maintaining flawless hair all the time. 

To maintain their scalp’s health, Korean women love using scalp scalers and other scalp treatments. Essentially, these scalers help to exfoliate and remove dead skin cell build up so hair less greasy. 

Good on you if you’re already massaging your face while you cleanse it! Doing so helps to promote blood circulation and boost collagen production on your face. 

Now that you’ve started doing it on your face, work that method into your hair care routine too! Start using your fingers and work through your hair shaft slowly. Massage gently with your fingertips and use your fingernails to give scalp a slight exfoliation. 

Alternatively, get yourself a scalp massage brush! 

A hair masks works the way a regular face mask would. It’s so high in nutrients and goodness for your hair and all you have to do is leave it in for about 15 minutes or so for it to work its magic.
