We caught up with Martha Hunt during her recent Ballet Beautiful workout to get a glimpse of what it’s like to #trainlikeanangel.

It changes depending on my work schedule, but I try to fit in at least three times a week. This can be amped up to four times a week leading up to the show.
My trainer told me to continue to challenge yourself with new exercises that will help connect your mind and your body because that’s when you’ll start to see results.
My job keeps me on my feet and moving around a lot, so that’s part of it. But I also fit in workouts while I’m on the go. I’ll do push-ups or plank work in my hotel room or fit in 20 minutes at the hotel gym just to get some type of activity.
I just eat a well-balanced diet. We have to eat a lot because we have to make up for all the calories we’re burning doing all the workouts leading up to the show.
Probably a juicy burger, fries, and a milkshake.
I feel most confident after I’ve worked out – and when I’m wearing Victoria’s Secret lingerie!
I travel a lot, so I need a lot of hydration. Lately, I’ve been using this rejuvenated
nutritional supplement. Other than that, I like Charlotte Tilbury’s skincare line because it’s very basic and hydrating. I like simple products that aren’t too fussy.
I’ve bleached my eyebrows quite a bit for shows and shoots. Once, I spent a whole summer in Paris with bleached brows and I looked crazy, but my agency was convinced I had to keep them bleached!
I like being a part of such an empowered, confident group of girls. And that the brand treats you like family.
i try to meditate and take the week off before the show to just focus on taking care of myself and feeling my best.
