Not too sure what to buy for your girlfriend (or wife) this Valentine’s Day? Need some inspiration? Does she prefer red to pink lipstick? Does she use a blusher? Does she collect eyeshadow palettes? Here are some limited edition Valentine’s Day skincare and makeup products, and even some perfumes that you might be able to nab last minute.
If your S.O loves glitter, pinks, Korean dramas and K-pop dance videos, she’ll love the limited edition Natasha Denona Valentine’s Day version of the Love Eyeshadow Palette Mini ($38) from Sephora. Cute and chic, this palette seems designed for the K-girl who loves the soft lilacs, sky blue jeans, cropped polo tees and small little nylon shoulder handbags that are trending in Korea now.
Gucci has a new bottle design for its Gucci Guilty eau de toilette for women. The fragrance was founded in 2010 as one of the brand’s classic scents and has been through multiple packaging reinventions over the decade.
The last time you saw it on the retail shelves, the Gucci Guilty ($133 for 50ml) for women was most likely encased in a gold tone bottle. This Valentine’s Day, Gucci decided to do away with the gold bottle and replace it with a slim, metallic rose gold clear glass bottle instead. The formula remains the same – lilac petals, sparkling mandarin citrus, and patchouli.
If your better half is a big skincare and facial fan, there’s a spanking new facial launch that will really excite her. Homegrown aesthetics clinic and skincare label, IDS, just introduced the IDS Pep.Blu Deep Facial ($320 for 60 min, before GST) to its facial menu. Before you balk at the price, there are six benefits to this six-stepped facial, which includes lifting, firming, brightening, clearing the skin, strengthening the facial muscles, improving elasticity, and giving the face a V-shaped contour.
IDS has also released an “IDS Flawless Base Set” ($60) – basically the IDS Skincare Diamond Dust Perfector makeup base that usually costs $65, and a Pixiepax Dream Puff by influencer Rachell Tan (whom you might know as @pxdkitty instead).
If you’ve got a busy super mom to celebrate, you might want to opt for these skin and hair supplements from Miriqa that she can conveniently and quickly pop while on the go.

The Miriqa Professional Hair Nutrition Supplement ($125 per box) helps boost hair growth, increase hair thickness, improve hair strength, and reduce hair loss. Oh, and it’s suitable for men too!
