While flawless skin is coveted by all, it would still look a little ghostly without a touch of colour – that’s where a light sweep of blusher will do the trick.
The application techniques for the different types of blushers are often different, but the key idea remains the same – to impart colour to the cheeks, liken to when the weather is cold and all the blood concentrates on that the cheek area due to blood vessel constriction.
One trick which we found useful in the application of cream-based blushers is to swipe it on the fleshy part of your palms (below the thumb), rub both sides together to spread it out, then gently dab on your cheeks. Compared to dotting it on your cheeks directly, this method is less likely to smear your foundation underneath.
So try out any one of these pink blushers, for a flush that’s feminine but not too girly, and oh-so-natural.
