Rose-Infused Beauty Products That You Need To Get Right Now

Therapeutic, soothing, and good for combating acne

by Letty Seah  /   April 22, 2022

Roses are a popular ingredient in many beauty products. From facial elixirs, salves, and makeup, you can enjoy the aroma of the popular flower even when not in the presence of it.

Thanks to its calming properties, the flower also soothes inflammation, making it the perfect ingredient for sensitive skin.

When used in fragrances, roses help to frame the entire profile when it’s mixed with other scents. It’s no coincidence that the use of roses in beauty dates back to the Middle Ages.

“Bulgarian roses have been delicately harvested and distilled since 10th century Persia, and were considered the height of beauty. In the Roman Empire, the extracted rose oil has been dubbed liquid gold,” says Eva Soh, director of home-grown skincare brand Myskinbar.

With these benefits in mind, here are some of the newest rose-infused beauty products.
