There are fewer things better than a good night’s sleep. But for many Singaporeans, it’s a rare experience, due to unhealthy beds, bedrooms and bedtime habits.
According to a study by SingHealth, four in 10 Singaporeans get less than seven hours of shut-eye on weekdays. We don’t fare better during the weekends, with 26 per cent failing to clock enough sleep on Saturdays and Sundays.
