More carnival fun is coming to Sentosa this September.
Mount Faber Leisure Group is unveiling The Central Beach Bazaar, billed as a day-to-night carnival beach experience poised along Siloso Beach. The Central Beach Bazaar will roll out three new attractions as well as a multi-F&B concept – an International Food Street – while the existing Good Old Days Food Court & Western Grill, and Fun Shop @ Beach Plaza are included as part of the bazaar.
Here’s what to get excited about.
Venture into the International Food Street, and you’ll be greeted by eight different food concepts that introduce grab-and-go street food from some of the most popular cities around the world. These will be housed in seven different kiosks, from food trucks to kombi vans, and upcycled shipping containers.
British-themed kiosk Chipper Roll will be dishing up classic English delights like lobster rolls, bangers and mash as well as sausage platters, while you can get Mexican favourites with a twist like Tandoori Chicken tortillas and Chicken Chili Con Carne quesadillas from the Taco Pau food truck.
For Asian delights, check out Thai Dee with tom yum noodle soup and deep-fried squid, or the Bentori kiosk, which will present Japanese skewers, tamagoyaki, prawn gyoza, and chicken karaage.
Plus, they’ll all be priced under $10.
The Sentosa Musical Fountain from the 80s is also making a comeback, with a modern spin. It will operate from the existing infrastructure for the night show Wings of Time.
To mark the grand opening, the attraction will comprise two curated five-minute performances – one showcases musical hits from the 1990s, like Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me and Walking On Sunshine. The other will feature a medley of beloved National Day songs like Home and Count On Me Singapore.
Adjacent to it is the towering 80m-high Sentosa SkyJet, slated to be the tallest fountain in Southeast Asia. It’s designed to complement the Wings of Time’s display, and will be projected from an open sea floating platform to minimise the impact on the environment and marine life.
Entry to the Sentosa SkyJet and Sentosa Musical Fountain is complimentary with every minimum spend of $5 at the International Food Street, so you can enjoy the sights while tucking in.

The popular Wings of Time show has recently reopened with upgraded pyrotechnic effects and an even more spectacular finale. From July 14, an enhanced pre-show with new projections has been thrown into the mix.
Yet to be unveiled, the third attraction will feature interactive simulated rides as well as carnival games, all nestled within upcycled shipping containers. However, more details will only be revealed at a later date.
