The 36-year-old model-turned-actress is currently 35 weeks pregnant with a baby daughter, her first child with banker husband Deon Woo, 40, and expected to deliver in October. The model also posted a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot on Instagram.

She is expecting her first child with boyfriend and singer Zayn Malik, and has hinted at a September delivery in her post.
