Simon Cowell is organising the release of a song to raise money for the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire.
The ‘X Factor’ boss has been left “heartbroken” after watching news coverage of the devastating blaze at a 24-storey block of flats in London this week, which left at least 30 dead, over 70 hospitalised and dozens of residents missing.
He tweeted: “I am watching the footage of the Grenfell Tower fire in London. Heartbreaking. We hope to confirm a record tomorrow which will raise some money for the many people affected by this tragedy. Making calls tonight.”
Here are some of the artistes doing their bit to help raise awareness and provide some relief to the victims of the fiery tragedy:

Adele has been praised for visiting the Grenfell Tower area to offer comfort to those affected by the deadly fire that swept through the block of flats.
The pop star was seen attending a vigil held in the shadow of the north Kensington tower, where at least 30 people have been confirmed to have died.
Camilla may be one of th stars headlining Simon Cowell’s planned charity concert. She is still part of his label after all, despite breaking away from her former group Fifth Harmony.
This wouldn’t be the first time Camila has done something charitable. She has previously worked with Save The Children, an organisation that strives to help children all around the globe.
Pop star Rita Ora has helped sort through donations for those caught up in the Grenfell Tower blaze.
She was pictured among black sacks of donations, including clothes, water and food, at one of the help points in west London.
The singer and former X Factor judge said she used to play in the tower block.
Miley’s little Sister, Noah Cyrus, could also lend her vocals to Simon’s charity single.
The Cyrus’s are known for their philanthropy streak with Noah herself supporting charities including PETA, DoSomething.org, and NYCLASS.
If Simon Cowell really wants to amp up his single’s star power then he better turn to former One Direction crooner, Louis Tomlinson.
Not only does the singer have a huge fanbase to capitalise on, he’s also a softie when it comes to charity work. Louis reportedly donated a staggering £2 million to a children’s charity in 2015.
Speaking of giving back, it seems no one does this better than British girl group, Little Mix.
The foursome – Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall – could feature on Simon’s star-studded single seeing as they’re already involved in causes ranging from AIDS & HIV awareness to cancer and even issues surrounding homelessness.
Born Timothy McKenzie, the London-based Labrinth first emerged as a triple-threat artist in 2008.
Simon himself tapped the young singer for stardom by signing him to his label just two years later, and he may be whizzing up a little something for his charitable boss and the victims of the Grenfell Tower blaze.
Simon may also look to the winner of the ninth edition of X Factor U.K. to provide him with some vocal assistance for the charity single.
The singer-songwriter, who has battled anxiety and depression in the past, is currently the ambassador for mental health charity SANE and could lend his singing chops to the project to provide relief for those traumatised by what happened at Grenfell Tower this week.
