South Korean singer Park Joon Hyung is starring in a travel reality show called Looking For Trouble – where celebrities pay their way by selling odd items to locals.
But trouble came his way in Brussels even though he was not seeking it.
Last week’s episode showed the cast travelling to the Belgian city and Park being approached by three passers-by on the street.
Initially, he was greeted with a friendly “Hey, what’s up man”, reported The Korea Herald.
Then, things turned for the worse. They surrounded Park, grabbed his backpack and tried to get his watch off him. They also abused him with racist comments.
“Basically, this was a situation nobody was ready or accounted for,” Park posted on Instagram on Sunday, along with a clip of the scene.
“It was late at night and we were all very tired from the long flight,” he wrote.
The cast had been walking to the next location “with blank minds” when the incident occurred.
Park had first “thought it was a joke” before realising “it was a real situation” and the men were trying to steal his belongings.
