According to Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong of Way Fengshui Group, “Li Chun (立春) is known as “the Beginning of Spring” and is the start of a new year. In 2017, Li Chun begins at 11:49pm. This is the exact moment when we bid farewell to the Year of the Fire Monkey and welcome the Year of the Fire Rooster.”
