The long-awaited cherry blossom display at Gardens by the Bay is back! While you can’t go to Japan due to travel restrictions, you can indulge in the gorgeous pink hues of the blooms and admire the Japanese round windows onsite. You and your children will be able to snap pictures with torii gates, Japanese carp streamers, Japanese floral art, and more!
This year, tokidoki’s five unicorns will also be making an appearance in the Flower Dome. Try to spot all five of them for a mini-game with the kids.

Are you looking for some family-friendly shows that give a mixture of Studio Ghibli and Disney vibes? Masaaki Yuasa is a critically acclaimed Japanese animator and director, and for this activity, you can enjoy four of his works at the Singapore ArtScience Museum.
Dubbed ‘modern fables’, the films that you and your kids can enjoy are: the hit show Mind Game (2004), Annecy-winning Lu Over The Wall (2017), the eccentric and fun The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl (2017), and the much-loved love story Ride Your Wave (2019).
All the films, aside from The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl (2017), is rated PG, so there’s definitely going to be something you and your children can enjoy!

This self-guided tour requires your family to find clues, overcome challenges, and solve puzzles in order to unlock the storyline in the game. You will require a smartphone, earpieces (if you want), and curiosity!

Are you a fan of Universal Studios Singapore’s Madagascar zone? If you are, then you better catch it before it closes. Catch a wild celebration with the kids as you boogie with the gang. Meet and greet popular characters from the franchise, wave as King Julian, Alex, and the Penguins ride down the streets, and indulge in special tropical food and drinks.

Learn about the different types of tea ceremonies in Japan and how they are expected to progress as the tea ceremony continues.
