The highly anticipated River Hongbao is back for an amazing Chinese New Year experience at Gardens by the Bay. Join River Hongbao’s bunny mascots Prosperity and Longevity in their bountiful adventures around the gardens.Take Instagram-worthy family photos with the glowing lantern displays and enjoy stage performances and carnival games. The little ones can dip their toes at an exhibition and learn about the evolution of greeting cards and Chinese motifs!

Celebrate the Lunar New Year by shopping for all your needs at the Capitol Singapore’s Spring Fair at the Outdoor Plaza, with booths selling all forms of festive goodies, décor, hampers and more. While shopping, catch a series of live band and wushu performances at the Outdoor Plaza promising a memorable time for the whole family. Not forgetting to snap some family photos with the 5-metre tall Golden Prosperity Tree sprouting in a full bloom of golden coins and ingots.

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a themed adventure at the LEGO Prosperity Burrows event where you can team up with your loved ones to participate in the Prosperity Carrot Hunt and hop from one game station to another. Get competitive and come tu-gether to complete these stations as one to win a LEGO polybag. Visitors can also get to decorate a base place and contribute to a massive community build, complete the visit by snapping a photo with a giant bunny as the centrepiece.

To ring in the Year of the Rabbit, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre has prepared an all-encompassing guide to surviving the festive celebrations. Learn about festive greetings and the proper way to address your relatives followed by a yusheng guide that is positively informational to the younger ones in the family. Make the most out of your visit to the SCCC by visiting the rabbit-themed art installation to get into the celebratory mood.

Usher in the new year with a line-up of attractive promotions, rewards and exciting events at i12 Katong. The mall will feature an Art Exhibit of the Chinese Zodiac Animals made from upcycled flip flops and the highlight of the exhibit will feature a 3-metre tall bunny sculpture at the mall’s atrium. Crafted out of over 2,875 pairs of worn-out and discarded flip-flops, the sculpture calls for awareness to be mindful of our lifestyles that affect the environment in which we share with our fuzzy friends. Hop into Spring at i12 Katong where there will be events for the entire month of January and a lion dance on the 27th.
